Fitness is more than a hobby, it is part of her foundation. She trained professionally to become an RSA qualified instructor, sharpening her communication and teaching skills along the way. If she is not hitting the slopes, trading punches in the boxing ring, hiking mountains or rallying a tennis ball, you’ll likely find her elbow-deep in ganache, because yes, she also completed a professional chocolatier’s course (and her chocolate truffles are a serious crowd-pleaser) or spending time with her two stunning Bengal cats, whose wild charm and playful energy keep things delightfully unpredictable, or nurturing her lush, vibrant garden, which is a sanctuary of colour, calm, and creativity.

Her last adventure in India took her from the ancient soul of Varanasi to the majestic chaos of Delhi, the golden dunes of Jaisalmer to the palatial charm of Jaipur and Jodhpur. She explored the spiritual depths of Bihar, marvelled at the timeless beauty of the Taj in Agra, and unwound with yoga on Goa’s sun-soaked beaches, where mornings began with sun salutations and the rhythmic crash of waves. Each stop had its own flavour, rhythm, and story, an unforgettable journey through colour, culture, and history.
Her next adventure will be to Cambodia. Temples, jungle trails, and a rich heritage await. She is so excited to dive into and share its magic.

Elle was tasked to find a holiday within my strict budget, for a family of 5 (3 adults), in a single dwelling, all inclusive and during the Easter holidays, which from previous experience I knew was not a simple request.
