All our customers funds are held in an independent trust account, separately to us and guarantee 100% financial protection for our customers. All our package holidays that include international flights from the UK are fully ATOL Protected.
Financial protection is very important to us. At Adventures By when you pay for your holiday you can rest assured that your money is dedicated solely to your holiday:
- Adventures By do not have direct access to your money
- Your payment is held separately from all other bookings.
- Funds are protected in a trust account, covered by insurance against insolvency.
- Money is only released when we make payments to suppliers or if a refund or reimbursement is required.
