Jason brings around 40 years of travel industry experience to Adventures By, along with a belief that has shaped his entire career: no two travellers, and no two adventures, are ever quite the same.

His journey in travel began in the skies. During 25 years with British Airways, Jason worked his way through the ranks to become a Customer Service Director. Travelling extensively and looking after everyone from first-time flyers and VIPs to members of the British Royal Family, he learned that exceptional service goes far beyond getting the details right. It means listening, anticipating, caring and being there when it matters most.

That same curiosity and care continue to shape his approach today. Jason has explored all seven continents, from the extraordinary landscapes of Antarctica and the wilderness of the Amazon to the spiritual heart of India in Varanasi, where he experienced timeless rituals on the Ganges. His travels have taken him swimming with turtles in French Polynesia and to a luxurious stay at the palace featured in Octopussy in Udaipur.

He has sailed among Antarctic icebergs, watched whales leap from the ocean at Hermanus and witnessed a leopard make a kill in Kruger National Park. He was even fortunate enough to fly on Concorde. These experiences have given him a lasting appreciation for the opportunities travel can offer, and a passion for helping others discover their own.

For Jason, travel is about more than where you go. It’s about how you experience it. He takes the time to understand what you want from your time away, even when you haven’t quite worked that out yourself, then draws on his knowledge, experience and industry relationships to create something personal and memorable.
