The support I had from my travel agent through what turned out to be a rather stressful holiday was amazing. Breaking bones was never on the agenda, and despite the lack of help and support from the resort, the support I got from my travel agent – Elle was amazing and really reassuring, checking in to see how I was feeling et cetera made a real difference.

Elle was tasked to find a holiday within my strict budget, for a family of 5 (3 adults), in a single dwelling, all inclusive and during the Easter holidays, which from previous experience I knew was not a simple request. Elle surpassed my expectations every step of the way. From checking us in, speedy security passes at the airport and for finding one of the best resorts I’ve ever stayed in for adults and children. I cannot recommend Elle highly enough and I have already requested her search for another holiday later this year.

Elle is highly professional and efficient in making our lives easier and stress free when trying to book that all important holiday. From the very first conversation to our return home; everything was taken care of. All we had to do is pack our bags and even then Elle provided us with a list of essentials to pack. We thank Elle for her dedication in making our trip happen and we’ll certainly be using her services again.

Elle has fixed two holidays for me – a mini city break and a family holiday. I was really specific with what I wanted and would never have found the two holidays she did. It takes all the stress out of constant googling or comparing. She does all that for you and it doesn’t cost you – she’s so lovely and easy to talk to so I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending her to anyone who wants someone else to take the pressure off finding that perfect break.
